Youth Football Conditioning Program
The 2-week Football Conditioning Program will incorporate our APC warm-up protocol (can be used for practice & games), football agility & speed drills, strength endurance training & conditioning to get you into top shape before the season kicks off!
Cost: $99 per athlete
Dates: July 19-23 & 26-30, 2010
Days: Monday through Friday
Time: 4:00 – 5:00pm (8-10 year olds) & 5:00 – 6:00pm (11-13 year olds)
