Power & Pilates for Multi-Sport Athletes
This program is designed to help endurance and multi-sport athletes with their off-season conditioning and injury prevention. The sessions will focus on core strength, flexibility and total body strength and power, all of which helps with performance and offsets the risk of injuries. Sessions are designed to be an adjunct training tool and not to replace off-season endurance training.
