Team Training
Consists of athletes from the same team or sport. Basic movement mechanics are taught progressing to more sport specific as they are mastered. Key strength and stability exercises are incorporated to enhance quality of movement and performance. General body strength, flexibility and core stability exercises are given that are specific to the sport played to improve performance in that sport. Works well as an adjunct training session with endurance athletes to improve strength and reduce the risk of injury when training for long distance events.
Sessions are 1 hour sessions and can be scheduled at the convenience of the team based on availability. Cost is $150 per session with a minimum of 4 sessions. Class size is between 10-20 athletes
