All our programs have been designed by our Sports Performance Staff to improve an athlete's overall athleticism. Specificially these programs are designed to improve the following:

  • Change of Direction

  • Coordination

  • Proprioreception

  • Flexibility

  • Strength

  • Trunk & Proximal Joint Stability

Pricing Options:

Single session = $75

6 Pack 60 minute sessions = $390

12 Pack 60 minute sessions = $720 ($60/session or $1/minute)

12 Pack 90 minute sessions = $899 ($74.92/session or $0.83/minute)

20 Pack 60 minute sessions = $999 ($49.95/session or $0.83/minute)

Share the cost and train with friends! We offer the same custom SPEED and strength training approach to small groups training at a similar level or for the same sport:

Group of 2       1 hour $100 ($50 each)            6 pack              $575 ($288 each)

Group of 3       1 hour $120 ($40 each)            6 pack              $675 ($225 each

Group of 4-6    1 hour $30 each

 

APC also offers Team SPEED and strength training for up to 15 athletes per team!

            $150 per one hour session

                        (minimum of 4 pre-paid sessions required)
