SPEED PROGRAMS AT APC
APC offers a great variety of options for speed training- not just during the Summer but all year! Here are some options to consider when looking for your SPEED solutions:
The TAT program is offered Monday through Friday, year round, and incorporates one hour of SPEED training with one hour of strength training EVERY DAY!
A continuation of the basic principles of the TAT program, AAD also offers one hour of SPEED training with one hour of strength training EVERY DAY!
COLLEGE PREP TRAINING PROGRAM is a seasonal program offered this summer from 5/17/10-8/20/10, specifically designed for advanced athletes age 17 and up. This program offers TWO HOURS OF SPEED TRAINING EVERY DAY, and is available at a similar price point to the AAD program.
PRIVATE TRAINING
SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING sessions are also available for those interested in a fully custom designed program and a one on one experience- we'll match your SPEED training directly to your strengths and weaknesses to make the best all around solution for your training needs.
Share the cost and train with friends! We offer the same custom SPEED training approach to small groups training at a similar level or for the same sport.
APC also offers Team SPEED training for up to 15 athletes per team!
