NFL Combine & Pro Day Prep program
The Athletic Performance Center (APC) NFL Combine & Pro Day Prep Program training philosophy is built upon the principal of teaching athletes how to use their bodies much more adeptly. This program is designed to teach you how to effectively master each drill and component of the NFL Combine and subsequent Pro Day at your school.
We fully develop and integrate the abilities necessary to transfer faster, more explosive movement skills to the playing field.
The APC's NFL Combine & Pro Day Prep Program is an intensive multi-session program. Sessions are available for chiropractic, pilates, nutritional consulting, massage therapy or physical therapy.
Typical Weekly Training Schedule - 9 sessions

Training begins December 2009 and runs until your Pro Day.
