Price: $199 for 2 sessions (Each session lasts 1 hour.)

Initial session:
• Sport specific dynamic warm up
• Functional screen
• Video capture of running gait from 3 views

Second session:

• Review of dynamic warm up with client

• Review of functional findings

• Review of video and gait analysis

• Give specific rehab/performance enhancement exercises

Clients receive:
• A personalized DVD of the running gait analyses which includes isolation views of problematic gait and corrective suggestions.
• Printed home exercise program with pictures and instructions.
• 2 week free trial to one of our sports performance classes that is age appropriate.
