The Athletic Performance Center (APC) College Prep Program training philosophy is built upon the principal of teaching athletes how to use their bodies much more adeptly. We fully develop and integrate the abilities necessary to transfer faster, more explosive movement skills to the playing field. The following list of training components will be carefully incorporated to create a balanced program that will maximize each athlete's athletic potential:
