Adult Bootcamp Sessions

Change up your workout routine by joining the most effective way to improve your overall physical condition. It is conducted by industry experts, utilizing a bootcamp style training format, coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness. Sessions are designed to increase your metabolism, improve cardiovascular recovery, restore flexibility and strengthen your entire body using your core muscle groups. This one hour structured class consists of a dynamic warm-up and challenging training session lasting 15-35 minutes focusing on a particular training aspect. Each session is concluded with a stretching session to prevent muscle soreness, spasms and improve overall functional flexibility. This program is fun and challenging. Indoor classes are offered three days a week and are open to all levels of fitness.
